Zeng, 1958, Xinhua, Hunan, doctor of optics, professor, doctoral supervisor of Sichuan University and Hunan Normal University. He is currently the vice president of Shaoyang College, the vice chairman of Shaoyang CPPCC, a member of Hunan CPPCC, a senior member of American IEEE Society, an executive director of Hunan Optical Society, an expert in computer science, an expert in provincial education informatization, and an outstanding young backbone teacher in provincial universities. Professor Zeng has been engaged in computer processing of optical information, digital holography and micro-optics for a long time.
