Intellectual Property Publishing House (formerly known as Patent Literature Publishing House) was established in August 2006, 1980, led and hosted by China National Intellectual Property Administration. It is the legal publishing unit of patent documents in China and the unified export unit of foreign patent information services in China National Intellectual Property Administration. It is a state-level publishing house, electronic publishing unit and online publishing unit approved by the General Administration of Press and Publication.

It is a comprehensive publishing organization integrating publishing, printing, data processing and information service. In addition, the agency also has three websites: IPPH, CNIPR and CNPOD, among which CNPOD is a professional website for patent information service.
