This standard applies to:

-Various forms used by China National Intellectual Property Administration staff for various intellectual property trials and management.
-Various forms used by other parties in dealing with companies related to intellectual property rights. 2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to ZC0004.2. 1-2003.
2. 1 form
The form is a written document sent and received by China National Intellectual Property Administration, which is divided into certain formats according to the project, and the corresponding contents can be filled in.
2.2 format
Refers to the table style specified by China National Intellectual Property Administration.

4.2 Profit
The left side of the table should be 25 mm from the margin.
There should be a blank of 15mm on the right side of the table from the margin.
There should be a space of15mm between the footer line of the table and the next page.
The header line of the receiving form should be 25mm away from the previous page.
The header row of the outgoing form should be 30mm away from the previous page.
4.3 Fonts and specifications
The title of the table name is bold number four.
Use No.5 or No.5 Song for the contents of the form.
The name of the item column in the table is in font 5.
On the title line of the issuance table, China National Intellectual Property Administration's name is indicated in bold type No.3. ..
The prompt labels of the form code, formulation date and form footer are in small five bold type.
Table names of receiving classes and internal use classes are shown in bold 4.
4.4 Title
The distribution table is uniformly marked with National Emblem of the People's Republic of China and China National Intellectual Property Administration Bureau Emblems at the header, which is located at a distance of 12mm from the previous page and 25mm from the left page, with a diameter of 15mm.
Outgoing forms shall be uniformly marked with the words [People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * and China National Intellectual Property Administration] at the middle position 5 mm above the header line. ..
The form issued by the Patent Reexamination Board shall be uniformly marked with the words [People's Republic of China (PRC) Patent Reexamination Board and China National Intellectual Property Administration, China] in the middle position more than 5 mm away from the header line.
The receiving level and internal use level tables directly mark the table name at the upper center position 5 mm away from the title line.
4.5 ft
In the footer of the form, the form code and the year when the form was made are indicated. The table code is located 2mm below the footer line and 25mm from the left. The year when the table was made is located below the table code with an interval of 3mm.
If the form has multiple pages, the form code and the year when the form was made should be indicated in the lower left corner of each page.
The issuance form is 2mm below the footer line, and the text is [Please send the reply to the acceptance office of China National Intellectual Property Administration, No.6, Xitucheng Road, Jimenqiao, Haidian District, Beijing, with the left side 50mm as the center (all letters sent to the examiner have no legal effect)].
