Legal basis: Article 105 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) pledges the trademark exclusive right, the property right in the patent right or the copyright that can be transferred according to law, and the pledger transfers or allows others to use the pledged right without the consent of the pledgee, which shall be deemed invalid. If losses are caused to the pledgee or a third party, the pledgor shall bear civil liability.
