Brief introduction of pc steel bar

PC steel bar for prestressed concrete is a high-tech prestressed steel developed by Japan High Frequency Hot Refining Co., Ltd. in 1960s. Japanese patent was obtained on 1964, which belongs to the middle strength grade of prestressed strength grade. Because of its high strength and toughness, low relaxation, strong adhesion to concrete, good weldability, upsetting and material saving (such as φ 1 1mmPC steel bar can replace φ20mm hot-rolled steel bar), it has been widely used in high-strength stress or concrete centrifugal pipe piles, poles, elevated piers, railway sleepers and other prestressed components abroad, especially internationally.
