professor Luo yongge graduated from Xi' an jiaotong university in July 1982, majoring in internal combustion engine engineering. he worked in the r&d center of Dongfeng motor company, obtained a master's degree from Jiangsu university in 1986, and taught in the automotive engineering department of Hubei institute of automotive technology in 1987. From 1992 to 1993, he went to ULM University of Science and Technology in Germany as a visiting scholar. In 2, he was promoted to the title of professor, and in 21, he obtained a doctorate in thermal power engineering from Zhejiang University.
