Uniwell is a multinational group integrating R&D, production and sales, and it is the most comprehensive enterprise in the world in conductive paste and conductive silver paste product line. Its BQ- anisotropic conductive adhesive ACP series has been developed by many top experts in the world for many years.
Anisotropic conductive adhesive ACP can be widely used in touch screen, CSP, FPC, FPC/ITO glass, PET/ITO glass, PET/PET, flip chip, liquid crystal display (LCD), TP, electronic tag, radio frequency identification (RFID), thin film switch, el backlight terminal and other fields.
Conducore anisotropic conductive adhesive ACP has been developed by many top experts in the world for many years. Among them, 6996 series is heating and pressurizing curing type; 6997 series is heating low temperature curing type; 6998 series is ultraviolet curing type.
Anisotropic conductive adhesive is also called anisotropic conductive adhesive, ACA, ACP, etc.
ACA stands for the first main branch of polymer bonding agent, and the anisotropy of conductive adhesive makes the material have a single conductive direction in the direction perpendicular to the Z axis. Conductivity in this direction is achieved by using a relatively low capacity conductive filler (in the range of 5%-20%), where the relatively low capacity leads to insufficient contact between particles, which makes the conductivity of the conductive adhesive on the x-y plane worse, and the Z-axis adhesive, whether in the form of a film or an adhesive, is inserted between the surfaces to be connected. When heat and pressure are applied to the stacked structure, conductive particles applied between the conductive surfaces on the two components will be trapped. Once electronic continuity is generated, the electrically insulating polymer is hardened by chemical reaction (thermal curing) or cooling (thermoplasticity), and the hardened electrically insulating polymer adheres the two parts together and helps to maintain the contact pressure between the surface of the parts and the conductive particles.
In Europe, Japan and the United States, Conducore's anisotropic conductive adhesive ACA has been used for electronic interconnection, and patents have been applied for its different equipment, distribution and process conditions, but China is still blank in this respect.
ACA can be divided into two categories: one has anisotropic conductivity before process implementation; While the other type has anisotropic conductivity only after performing the process.
