The deodorization principle of stainless steel soap is basically decomposed. When stainless steel alloy comes into contact with air and water molecules at the same time, it will produce catalysis, decompose the molecular structure of odor and "reduce" it to a tasteless state. The matte surface of specially polished stainless steel rubs against the object, and the released iron ions combine with odor molecules to achieve the effect of odor removal. Stainless steel soap is usually "half put in water and half exposed to air". When it is used for the first time, it takes 5-6 hours to work normally. The effective use time can be maintained for 3-5 years.
The different surface structure of stainless steel will determine whether it can deodorize effectively. Because of the variety of stainless steel, its uses, components and manufacturing methods are also different. Many of those high-quality stainless steel soaps are patented stainless steel alloys with special formulations, which are high-grade steel of the same grade as scalpels, as well as special high-tech solid structures and precise threads on the surface. It can be seen that not all stainless steel can effectively remove odor. In addition, the main function of stainless steel soap is to remove odor and has no disinfection effect, so it cannot replace traditional soap.
