(4) Many company products have no * * * edging, or * * * edging adopts linear interface board (commonly known as seamless board). This will make the installation very inconvenient, and after installation, the gap between thermal expansion and cold contraction is quite obvious, which seriously affects the appearance, and the V-shaped interface with odd walls cleverly avoids this kind of influence.

(5) Our company adopts special two-component wallboard adhesive for environmental protection and formaldehyde-free high-temperature laminating technology. Although the operation process is complicated and slow, we always insist on using it for environmental protection.

However, in order to pursue speed unilaterally, some manufacturers do not hesitate to sacrifice environmental protection, and adopt cheap one-component glue rich in formaldehyde, which not only affects the physical and mental health of operators, but also makes products with strong odor and high formaldehyde content.

look, smell, ask and cut

look: look at the color, the thickness and the structure. High-quality plates are generally beige, that is, they tend to be bamboo and wood. There are no black spots and particles at the incision. If the color is black or spotted, it may be made of recycled materials, or the formula is problematic, which is not environmentally friendly and not durable. If the color is white, too much calcium powder is added and the toughness of the plate is not enough. In addition, it also depends on the thickness and structure. The thickness is generally 1 mm. The version structure adopts a groove combined with a soundproof hole, and at the same time, it has a * * * edging, which presents a V-shaped groove when splicing.

smell: the normal board smells close to the nostrils, with a faint smell of bamboo and wood. When the fire is lit, there is no open flame, and it is accompanied by a light smell of bamboo and wood and resin. Inferior plates smell obvious PVC stench.

q: ask the other company whether it can issue patent certificate, production license and product quality inspection certificate. Whether these documents are issued by state authorities. At the same time, ask the other party whether the after-sales warranty method, after-sales duration and after-sales scope are written in the contract.

cut: weigh the weight of the plate by hand, if it is too light, it will be seriously foamed. Too much calcium powder is added if it is too heavy. Take a 3-meter-long plate and try to bend it. If it can form a circle at 36 degrees, it means that the toughness and quality are up to standard, and the inferior plate will be too brittle and broken. In addition, see if the plates in the exhibition hall can be folded 9 degrees when installed. High-quality plates can be folded at 9 degrees, and inferior plates will crack when folded at 9 degrees.
