Huaiyin Institute of Technology is located in Huai 'an City, Jiangsu Province, a famous historical and cultural city in China and the hometown of beloved Premier Zhou Enlai. Founded in 1958, it is a provincial-level local application-oriented college with distinctive characteristics, which focuses on work, supplemented by literature, science, management, law and agriculture.
