If the applicant fails to go through the registration formalities within the prescribed time limit after the Patent Office issues the notice of granting the patent right, it shall be deemed as giving up the right to obtain the patent right. The patent office will notify the applicant within one month after the expiration and specify the legal procedures for restoring the rights. If the Patent Office has not received the request for restoration of rights within four months from the date of notification, the patent application document will be transferred to the invalid document database.
So look at the time. Apply for restoration of rights as soon as possible. If the recovery period has not expired, you can request recovery and pay a fee to obtain a patent certificate.
