It has been more than two months since I came to xx Electronics, and I feel very honored to be a member of xx. Here, we can fully display our abilities, give full play to our specialties, and reflect and enhance our due value. For me, my new job has just begun. During this probation period, I feel a lot. Here I make the following summary:

I. Work Review

Joining the "big family" of xx Electronics makes me feel very warm, and I thank all my colleagues for their concern and help at work. When I first entered the company, my understanding of system integration engineering was relatively simple, especially in design and construction. After these days of study, I gradually integrated into this dynamic industry and learned about the prospects. Some time ago, I was a little blind. I didn't know where to start at first, but now my heart is gradually clear and the pressure is much less. More is friendly communication and mutual help with colleagues.

Second, the work plan

At present, the company mainly focuses on engineering and after-sales. I am interested in weak current engineering and system integration, but I still don't know much about weak current systems. It is necessary to learn knowledge, practice makes perfect, and only by analogy can we achieve mastery in application. I will spend part of my time learning the weakness system, look up information through the computer, read professional books and get familiar with it within one month. Familiarity with weaknesses will also enrich the knowledge of system integration, which is of great help to writing system integration schemes.

The future work mainly focuses on the direction of system integration, compiling system integration scheme, and carrying out system integration design planning and technical construction. Do, watch, learn, think and communicate during work. During this period, the workload is not much, so we should look at other people's drawings, look up drawings on the Internet, and analyze cases and construction methods. Practice makes perfect, practice while watching, and strive to improve your understanding of design, so that when you really do project engineering, you can learn faster, know more and be more professional.

Third, the direction of efforts

In terms of system integration, there are many shortcomings that need to be reflected. If you don't understand anything used in construction, you should check it immediately, or ask your colleagues, brother X and brother X, and learn from them with an open mind. Colleagues have much more experience than I do, and they are my role models. At first, there will be many problems, such as inaccurate technical expression and misunderstanding. If you don't understand planning, you will make serious mistakes, which must be faced and solved.

In a company, agile thinking and comprehensive thinking are essential. I want to learn to see things from all angles. I'm not good enough at this. As the old saying goes, "think twice before you act", talk about ways and means, think twice before you act, especially when dealing with customers, accurately analyze customers' needs, let customers understand the technical points, and let customers feel that we are helping them buy things, and what we are doing is exactly what they want.

If you have extra time, you can't waste it. You need more managers to learn, establish your own learning methods, constantly exercise your courage and perseverance, improve your ability to solve practical problems, and slowly overcome impatience in the process of work. Treat every job positively, enthusiastically and meticulously.

Chapter II Overview of Hiring and Confirmation of Engineers

How time flies! It has been more than February in our company. First of all, thank the company leaders for trusting me and giving me the heavy responsibility of developing new products. Thank you again for your guidance in my work. This is a precious experience in my life, and it also left me with beautiful memories. During this time, the company leaders and colleagues gave me enough support, encouragement and help, which made me fully feel the firm belief of the leaders and the positive and optimistic spirit of my colleagues.

I remember the first day when I first arrived at the company, the leaders would try out products that had not been supplied for more than two years. I'll take the water tank assembly. At that time, I thought it was a stressful and challenging job. Although I have worked in stamping technology and management before, I have some experience, but I have different customers and different requirements. Now I am facing the public, and the requirements in all aspects should be stricter. Learning is the premise and foundation of all progress. During the day, I was busy with Thai engineers and tooling department to solve some problems existing in the process of water tank debugging and trial installation. At night, I went home to seriously study the relevant documents and standards of the company, and discussed with my colleagues with problems to learn from each other's strengths. The following work has been done specifically;

The first is the batch trial assembly of the rear water tank assembly.

Come to the company for two months and go to the site of Volkswagen 12 times. Customers have to ask different questions every time they try on (three shifts at work), such as; Quality problems, such as waves, bumps and scratches on the surface of the rear water tank assembly, gap matching with the taillight bracket, laser welding and other defects in the trial assembly, should cooperate with the tooling site to formulate solutions and follow up every time they come back. Then coordinate the next round of trial assembly with Volkswagen's product engineers, field engineers and workshop managers. Many things happen. With the active efforts of company leaders and relevant personnel, the trial assembly of water tank assembly is nearing the end, and the next step is to submit ots tooling samples.

Two, the preparation of dozens of technical documents.

Prepare various technical documents according to new product development procedures; Such as; Control plan, process flow chart, process fmea, work instruction, inspection instruction, fixture description, floor plan, etc.

In the mutual communication with the company's peers, we found that some versions of the company's guidance documents were not perfect, and they were improved in time according to the standards. Such as; Stamping blanking card has no tolerance for shearing burr.

Third, design two kinds of workstation equipment.

According to the irregular shape of sink parts, they are curved parts; Because of the high quality requirements of the inner surface, two kinds of transfer vehicles with pulleys between the first and second processes are designed.

Fourthly, the transformation of welding fixture.

Welding fixture for rear water tank assembly; When the water tank is spot-welded with the bracket, the bracket is in a vertical position, the bent part cannot be positioned, and the parts are easy to fall off. It is suggested to fix the fixture with a small magnet at an appropriate position.

These are some of my main work in the past two months, and some sporadic work, such as cooperating with three-coordinate detection, fixture detection and fixture adjustment, will not be described one by one.

Although I have accumulated some experience in my work, I have made great progress relative to myself. Nevertheless, I think less communication with the public is not conducive to the progress of new product development. In the future work, we need to continue to work hard, not only to learn to get along with others, but also to make further progress in technology and project management. At the same time, treat every job positively, enthusiastically and meticulously, improve the ability to solve practical problems from multiple angles, create more value for the enterprise and make your life more meaningful.

Chapter III Overview of Hiring and Confirmation of Engineers

I have been working in Hengxin for two months, which is neither long nor short. I still remember that at the beginning, under the opposition of my family and the incomprehension of my classmates, I gave up the good salary and welfare benefits of state-owned enterprises and came to work in a private enterprise that had just started in Hefei. The pressure is really great, but if I lose something, I will gain something. Up to now, I still think that working in Hefei Hengxin for two months is a very wise and correct choice.

I have never been engaged in real work from school to school, so I just came to the company and don't know the future direction. I'll finish whatever I'm asked to do, two-dimensional engineering drawings, three-dimensional model establishment, factory machine debugging records, go to Tianjin to do experiments, contact customers by phone, and go out to negotiate with leaders. Thank you very much for your attention to me. These things let me participate, let me practice, let me exercise, and I also learned a lot from them.

The following is a detailed introduction of my work:

1, 2D engineering drawing:

Two-dimensional engineering drawing has not been touched for three years since I started my graduate school, and autocad software has not been touched for more than three years. However, the two-dimensional engineering drawings in the first two months have become an important part of my work, from the initial modification of the dimensional tolerance of the two-dimensional engineering drawings of 2, 0/2 and 4 intake manifolds to the complete simulation redrawing of the engineering drawings of the cover and oil pan of Mercury Company. I am familiar with the complete design of the cover of 1 8 and the engineering drawings of the three small baffles on it, and move forward step by step. Mercury's two-dimensional drawings became the reference standard for Wang Bin's drawing. Although he thinks this is the original version of Mercury Company, I think my imprint is clearer than Mercury Company's, which is more in line with China people's thinking of looking at pictures. 1 and 8 cover the latest and complete design of the engineering drawings of three small stations, which takes less than one and a half hours from beginning to end, and an average of two-dimensional engineering drawings can be completed every half hour. But I have to admit my shortcomings. Because I am not familiar with the plastic technology, I feel that there is no concept when marking the dimensional tolerance. This may be the difference between plastic parts and iron parts.

2, three-dimensional model establishment:

The establishment of three-dimensional model is not strange to me, because during the postgraduate study, both the finite element analysis of parts and the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the whole vehicle need three-dimensional model. Although these three-dimensional models are directly provided by manufacturers, considering the complexity of finite element model pretreatment, I still learned some knowledge about three-dimensional model establishment to help me shorten the time of finite element analysis pretreatment. After all, sometimes it is much easier to modify the model directly in cad software than in cae software.

During my two months working here, I made a three-dimensional modeling, which was the sewing of 1 and 8 cover models. Although due to technical and time problems, it was finally completed by Bochuang Company, but I still want to explain that this model, I just sewed all the pieces that have been made. During that time, I worked late for many days and really wanted to finish it. Although all the responsibility was finally blamed on me, I accepted it. Because I participated in this model, I feel I have the responsibility to bear it.

However, one thing has to be mentioned. It's true that all the faces are sewn without the size of 500m, but many repeated faces have not been deleted after repeated revisions. I am willing to take this responsibility, because I feel that I have many shortcomings in the three-dimensional modeling method, and I have to warn myself to study three-dimensional modeling well in the future.

3, factory machine debugging:

I've only been doing this for a few days and I don't know much about it. Because most of my classmates are engaged in control theory when they are in graduate school, I think it is not too difficult for this machine to achieve the ideal work. After all, the actions of faulty hot-fitting equipment are very simple and do not need too advanced control theory. Just improve the accuracy of the machine.

4. Go to Tianjin to do experiments:

At first, I thought this experiment was very important. The engineers of Jianghuai and I treat this experiment very carefully and seriously. At that time, every experimental step was carefully recorded, thinking that the result of this experiment would have a great influence in the future. But after I came back, I learned from the chat with the engineers in Jianghuai who went to participate in the experiment with me that this experiment was not a comparative experiment at all. The rapid prototyping parts manufactured by our company are brand-new intake pipes designed by JAC design company, which are completely different from those imported by Mitsubishi. JAC asked us to do this experiment with the illusion that a miracle would happen, and the final result would be exactly the same as that of the imported intake manifold. Unfortunately, the result didn't come true.

5. Contact customers by phone:

The most typical job is to discuss the insert modification with psm company. Teacher Chen criticized me many times and said that my way of speaking was too modest. At first, we asked for 15 samples of inserts, then 30 samples, then 50 samples. I think we should adopt this tone of mutual consultation. I admit that there is nothing wrong with Mr. Chen's way. As the demander, it is reasonable to ask the supplier to agree to our request unconditionally, but the final result is still very good. The contact person of psm company agreed to our request for increasing the number of samples needed, and told me that she was trying very hard to contact Wuxi to speed up the delivery. The final delivery date is only one day later than July 20 as requested by Mr. Chen. Strictly speaking, both sides have completed the work of this batch of samples satisfactorily. After all, as a transaction, both sides are satisfied with each other.

6. Go out and negotiate with leaders:

Teacher Chen's firm negotiation is something I should study hard, something we should and should not do. Before the negotiation, I understood everything in my heart. During the negotiation, let the other side know our strength, dare not despise, express our position clearly, gain experience but don't be too tough, and put too much pressure on the other side. It is difficult to grasp this degree in the negotiation process, which is also the place that Teacher Chen repeatedly reminded me.
