Zhu Hongbin, male, Han nationality, born in November 1966, is a member of Jiusan Society, has a college degree and is a senior engineer. Enjoy special government subsidies from the State Council. Currently, he is the technical director of the Electric Power Research Institute of State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Co., Ltd. On May 25, 2017, Zhu Hongbin received the National Innovation Certificate commended by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the China Association for Science and Technology, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
Zhu Hongbin independently developed more than 10 types of electric power oil and gas automatic detection devices that have been promoted and used across the country. He has obtained more than 30 authorized national patents and 11 provincial and ministerial level and above science and technology awards. The standard oil sample preparation technology he invented has broken the Foreign technology monopoly. In May 2020, he was selected into the recommended list of national model workers and advanced workers in Jiangsu Province in 2020. On November 24, 2020, he was selected into the list of "2020 National Model Worker".
Zhu Hongbin’s main achievements
On July 1, 2015, the National Energy Administration announced 133 industry standards, among which the standard numbered DL/T1463-2015 "Dissolved in Transformer Oil" "Preparation of Working Standard Oil for Gas Component Content Analysis" was formulated by the State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Research Institute, with Zhu Hongbin as the main drafter.
In order to ensure the accuracy of sampling, Zhu Hongbin developed a special sampling device to make the sampling process fully sealed and truly reflect the actual condition of the transformer oil; he also developed a network chromatograph so that the local power supply department can detect the transformer nearby.
