Tencent took the lead in establishing the first international standard for blockchain digital collections.

Specifically, the international standard will standardize the technical framework, technical process, functional requirements and security requirements of digital collection services based on blockchain, which will help promote the global recognition and understanding of the overall technical framework of digital collection services, enhance the ability of value storage, value discovery and value circulation of digital collections, and promote the standardized application of digital collections.

It is reported that the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is one of the three major international standardization organizations, and its members include 190 countries and more than 900 companies and academic institutions. It is one of the most influential and authoritative national standards organizations in the world. The successful establishment of this international standard project also marks that the technological exploration of China scientific and technological enterprises in the field of digital collection has been recognized internationally.

In fact, Tencent currently has rich practical experience in the field of digital collection. In July, 20021,Tencent Zhixin team took the lead in launching a compliant and open digital collection technical service "Meta-Commodity Agreement" in China, which can accommodate various businesses, and based on this agreement, a digital collection application platform was built. Only half a year after its launch, Intimate Team has successively supported 30+ digital collection projects, including People's Cultural Creation "Fu" Cultural Digital Collection Project, Dunhuang Research Institute Public Welfare Digital Cultural Creation Project, Tencent QQ Music Digital Collection Platform, Little Red Book R-SPACE Collection Platform, Reading Network Digital Collection Platform, Tencent Digital Public Welfare Project, etc.

At the same time, in promoting the compliance of the digital collection industry, Tencent has been actively advocating and participating in the formulation of various industry self-discipline conventions, white papers and industry standards to promote the development of industry norms. In September, 20021year, Tencent took the lead in establishing a project at the China Blockchain Technology and Industry Development Forum, and formulated the group standard of "Blockchain Technology Digital Creative Application Specification"; 202 1 10 3 1, Tencent and the National Copyright Exchange Center Alliance, China Academy of Fine Arts, Ant Group, etc. * * * jointly issued the Convention on Self-discipline of Digital Cultural and Creative Industries; 202 1 12 On February 22nd, the Research Report on Digital Collection Based on Blockchain, which Tencent participated in, was released by China ICT Institute at the Trusted Blockchain Summit.
