Development course of Shaoshan 7E electric locomotive

Shaoshan 7E electric locomotive is a six-axle quasi-high-speed trunk passenger locomotive. In order to meet the needs of China's railway speed increase, according to the document No.2001issued by People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Railways and the Notice on Issuing the Design Task Book of SS7E Electric Locomotive, it is required to develop a speed-increasing locomotive that meets the requirements of running speed 160 km/h, long distance, single driver value riding and train power supply. Under the organization of China North Locomotive and Rolling Stock Industry Group, Shaoshan 7E electric locomotive code SS7E was jointly developed and designed by CNR Datong Electric Locomotive, Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock and Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute of China South Locomotive Group. The first Shaoshan 7E locomotive (SS7E-000 1) was completed at the end of May 2006. At the beginning of 2002, when the safety evaluation test was carried out in Zhengzhou-Guangshui section of Beijing-Guangzhou railway, the highest test speed of the locomotive was 187 km/h, and the instantaneous test speed reached 200.3 km/h. At the specified speed, all safety indexes were stable. The locomotive was put into operation during the examination period of Longhai Railway in February, 2002, and continuously undertook the passenger transport task of Baoji -Xi 'an-Zhengzhou long-distance line. In September, 2002, it completed the operation examination of 200,000 kilometers, during which no engine failure occurred. On June 24th, 2002, 10, Shaoshan 7E electric locomotive passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements of the Ministry of Railways.

In June 2002, 5438+ 10, Dalian Locomotive & Rolling Stock Works trial-produced the second SS7E electric locomotive (SS7E-700 1). In 2003, Datong Electric Locomotive Company won the batch production task of the first batch of 45 Shaoshan 7E electric locomotives in the first tender negotiation of railway locomotives in China Ministry of Railways. In 2003, Shaoshan 7E electric locomotive won the second prize of scientific and technological progress of China Railway Society and the first prize of scientific and technological progress of Shanxi Province. Datong Electric Locomotive Company applied for 17 patents in the trial-production of Shaoshan 7E electric locomotive, among which "assembly technology of railway locomotive wheelsets" obtained the invention patent, "combined switchgear for electric locomotive" and "high voltage disconnector for electric locomotive" obtained the practical patent.

From June 5438 to 10, 2003, the modular Shaoshan 7E electric locomotive designed and improved by Datong Electric Locomotive Company passed the design scheme evaluation of China Ministry of Railways and started trial production. Modular Shaoshan 7E electric locomotive is based on Shaoshan 7E locomotive, and its equipment layout, ventilation system, control system, auxiliary system and transformer are upgraded. The first modular locomotive (SS7E-600 1) was completed at the end of February of the same year. On June 5438+ 10, 2005, the modular Shaoshan 7E locomotive was assigned to Zhengzhou Locomotive Depot of Zhengzhou Railway Bureau, and it usually served as a trial run of short-distance passenger trains from Zhengzhou to Wuhan and Xinxiang.

In 2004, Shaoshan 7E electric locomotive was determined by China Ministry of Railways as the main locomotive for the fifth speed increase of China Railway, undertaking 8 pairs of express trains from Lanzhou to Zhengzhou, 4 pairs of express trains from Xi 'an to Beijing West, 9 pairs of express trains from Xi 'an to Beijing 1 pair, and 9 pairs of express trains from Wuchang to Beijing (including Jingguang T1516). Around 2006, most of SS7E, which originally belonged to Zheng Section of Zheng Bureau, was placed under the Safety Maintenance Section of Railway Bureau.

Shaoshan 7E electric locomotive stopped production in 2006, and a total of 146 sets were produced, among which the cars numbered 0001-0140, 600 1 and 6002 were manufactured by Datong electric locomotive. Car number 7001-7004 is manufactured by Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Factory. The automobile 0001-0140 and 7000 series belong to the ordinary type, and the body is painted with red and white lines. The windshield frames of 0001-0069, 7001-7004 cars produced in the early stage are all square white, and since 070 cars, the windshield is round. Cars 600 1 and 6002 are modular Shaoshan 7E locomotives, painted with silver-blue lines. In July 2007, two modular locomotives returned to Datong Electric Locomotive Company for modification, including the modification of windshields at both ends, which were painted from silver to white. In August of the same year, he was transferred to kunming railway administration. The reformed passenger train was towed in Kunming Bureau of Shanghai-Kunming Railway at the end of February 2008, replacing Cheng Chun EMU as the traction task of Kunming-Qujing-Xuanwei intercity express train. In the single machine test from Kunming to Qujing in May 2009, Shaoshan 7E was modularized. By the middle of 20 12, 600 1 and 6002 locomotives had been stopped at Dushupu marshalling station.
