5) Stacking of battery cells: here, the part connected with the end plate is made of white isolation material, and the battery cells are made of yellow isolation material; Every two batteries use a piece of yellow isolation material, and only two black tapes are bonded between back-to-back batteries.

This 120Ah battery is still very interesting in many places. The first time I saw this battery was on the booth of Samsung SDI.

The design of this sampling line extending from the bus is quite interesting. Divided into four sections, summarized on the middle PCB, and then output through the middle connector.

Because after the thermal runaway of the battery core, the whole impacted gas and flame rise to the pressure relief valve. The upper cover of this module seems to have no special structure, and the pressure relief gas goes directly up. Before X 1 In the design of PHEV, mica is used for protection, which we will discuss in the following component structure.

Summary: In China, BMW has completely switched to the NCM8 1 1 system, whether it is the brand-new X 1 530Le or this iX3 battery system, of course, the battery capacity range is still 51-Kloc-0/20Ah, and the battery thickness, fat battery and thin battery are strictly limited.
