Huatian HTQF active power filter is a new type of power electronic equipment independently developed by Shandong Shanda Huatian Technology Co., Ltd. with the latest technology and research results at home and abroad, which is used to dynamically suppress power harmonics, dynamically compensate reactive power and correct three-phase imbalance. The equipment can track and compensate the harmonics of amplitude and frequency change, rapidly changing reactive power and three-phase imbalance in real time, thus improving power quality, improving the efficiency of power supply equipment and reducing power grid loss. Function introduction
Harmonic filtering: HTQF consists of two main parts: instruction current operation circuit and compensation current generation circuit. Command the current operation circuit to monitor the current in the line in real time, convert the analog current signal into a digital signal, send it to a high-speed digital signal processor (DSP) to process the signal, separate the harmonics from the fundamental wave, and send the driving pulse to the compensation current generation circuit in the form of pulse width modulation (PWM) signal to drive the IGBT power module, so as to generate the compensation current with the same amplitude and opposite polarity and inject it into the power grid to compensate or cancel the harmonic current, actively eliminate the power harmonics and realize the dynamic power harmonics.
Dynamic reactive power compensation: At the same time of filtering, HTQF's instruction operation circuit can control its internal compensation current generation circuit to output capacitive and inductive fundamental current according to the detected reactive power compensation demand for real-time compensation. The target value of reactive power compensation can be set through the operation panel. HTQF has four working modes that can be set, namely, filtering first, reactive power first, filtering only harmonics and compensating only reactive power. The corresponding working mode can be selected according to the specific situation of the distribution system.
Three-phase unbalance correction: HTQF can compensate unbalanced three-phase reactive power respectively, and adjust the active power in three-wire circuit through DC energy storage system used in three-phase equipment, thus balancing and correcting three-phase unbalanced load. The input of this function can also be set through the operation panel.
