Step 1: Buy a warp knitting machine (a warp knitting machine can match 1~15 ribbon knitting machines).

purpose: the PP yarn you bought from the raw material yarn factory (the PP yarn you bought is a yarn and a bobbin) is used to warp dozens of PP yarns onto the aluminum alloy disc head
with our warp knitting machine. This way, the disc is wound.
pan head: aluminum alloy material, weighing 8.2kg each, generally speaking, one machine needs to buy about 25 pieces.
pan head purpose: container for warp yarn.

Step 2: Buy several ribbon looms
Model: HXDV8/33. 3 represents the maximum bandwidth that can be achieved by each output position mm

Configuration: nose (12 brown frames) +14-bit rear frame+standard attachment.
use: after the warping step is completed, it is necessary to put 1~2 spools with full PP yarn on the back frame of high-speed ribbon loom. Then, the PP yarns on all the reels are drawn to the belt loom one by one, and finally woven into strips of PP belts. In this process, it is necessary for a professional master of ribbon knitting machine to pick yarns in layers according to the weave and color of the ribbon, arrange the pattern chain < P > pieces and debug them.
Step 3: Buy a tape winder (one tape winder can be matched with ten tape looms)
