Luxembourg Patent Inventors Order

Patent inventors belong to the same inventor, and there is no order in the patent law. Generally speaking, there is no difference between all inventors. However, in the promotion of professional titles, the order of inventors is directly related to the extra points in the exam. Under normal circumstances, the first three inventors are recognized, and it is difficult to add points later. Many professional title evaluation documents clearly require that the applicant should be the first inventor or the second inventor of the patent, and the inventors of other positions may not recognize it.
