Zhang Keqin's achievements and honors.

Main work experience, research direction, achievements and outstanding contributions: 198 1 Graduated from Guizhou Agricultural College majoring in plant protection, 1989 obtained a master's degree in mycology, 1995 was promoted to professor, 1998 was promoted to doctoral supervisor,1.

Mainly engaged in the research of nematode-eating fungi in the field of nematode biocontrol microorganisms, and became one of the national academic leaders in this field. Yunnan University established the Research Center for Nematode Biocontrol, and led and formed an influential research team for Nematode Biocontrol consisting of 12 fixed research backbones, 30 doctors and master students. The research contents involve nematode-eating fungal resources, molecular systematics, application value evaluation, nematicidal toxin metabolites, soil bacteriostasis, industrial production of preparations, cloning and efficient expression of key enzyme genes infected with nematodes, etc. And formed a research and development system from basic research, applied research to achievement transformation.

Pioneering work has been done in the research field of nematode-eating fungi in China, and the reported species account for more than 1/3 of the known species in the world, including more than 20 new species. The molecular systematics of nematode-eating fungi were studied, and the genus-level classification system of nematode-eating fungi was revised, and the controversial 2 1 genus was merged into 3 genera, which clarified the long-term confusion of this group of fungi. The research reveals the bottleneck problem of biological control of soil-borne diseases-soil bacteriostasis, and puts forward the methods to alleviate soil bacteriostasis; Developed the first nematode biopesticide product-"Nematode Bicycle" which obtained three certificates of pesticide and realized large-scale production in China. It is reported for the first time that more than 50 kinds of fungi have toxin-producing and nematicidal functions, and more than 20 molecular structures with nematicidal activity have been isolated, purified and identified, among which 8 are new compounds. The mechanism of fungi infecting nematodes was deeply studied. More than 10 proteases with nematode infection activity were isolated and purified, and three new protease genes were cloned. The heterologous expression of the gene was successfully realized and the immunological identification of the recombinant protein was completed.
