What is the material of cr 13?

1、0Cr 13:

0Cr 13 is one of martensitic stainless steels with the lowest chromium content. It is stainless steel, and its corrosion resistance is better than that of 1Cr 13, 2Cr 13, 3Cr 13 and 4Cr 13 martensitic stainless steels with high carbon content. It has good plasticity, toughness and cold formability, which is superior to other martensitic stainless steels with high chromium content.

When the carbon content in 0Cr 13 steel is controlled at a low level, its plasticity, especially toughness and cold formability will be significantly improved. 0Cr 13 steel is mainly used to manufacture water-resistant steam, ammonium bicarbonate mother liquor, hot sulfur-containing oil corrosion parts and equipment linings. The corresponding American label of this steel is 405, and its specific gravity is 7.75g/cm3. 0Cr 13 is the lowest Cr content in martensitic stainless steel.

2、 1Cr 13

4 10 is a martensitic stainless steel with good hardenability. It has high hardness, toughness, good corrosion resistance, thermal strength and cold deformation performance, and good shock absorption. Tempering at high or low temperature is required, but tempering at 370-560℃ should be avoided.

3、2Cr 13:

2Cr 13 martensitic stainless steel is magnetic and has good hardness, so it needs preheating when welding. Welding Q235 austenitic stainless steel covered electrode, without preheating and welding, uses less current.

4、3Cr 13:

3Cr 13 stainless steel pipe steel standard: GB/T 1220- 1992, which belongs to martensitic stainless steel, has good machinability, excellent corrosion resistance and polishing performance, high strength and wear resistance after heat treatment (quenching and tempering), and is suitable for manufacturing high load, high wear resistance and corrosion resistance in corrosive media. 3Cr 13 materials with hardness below HRC30 after quenching and tempering have good machinability and easy to achieve better surface quality. When the hardness is greater than HRC30, the surface quality of the part is good, but the tool is easy to wear. Therefore, the material should be quenched and tempered after entering the factory to reach the hardness of HRC 25 ~ 30, and then cut.

5、4Cr 13:

4Cr 13 is a stainless steel material with high hardness and wear resistance.

Extended data:

Marking method of steel:

The American Iron and Steel Association uses three numbers to represent various standard grades of malleable stainless steel. These include:

(1) Austenitic stainless steel is marked with 200 and 300 series numbers. For example, some common austenitic stainless steels are marked with 20 1, 304, 3 16, 3 10.

(2) Ferritic and martensitic stainless steels are represented by 400 series numbers.

(3) Ferritic stainless steels are labeled 430 and 446, and martensitic stainless steels are labeled 4 10, 420 and 440C, which are duplex (austenite-ferrite).

(4) Stainless steel, precipitation hardened stainless steel and high alloy with iron content less than 50% are usually named by patent names or trademarks.
