There are two types of environmental cleaning and disinfection equipment commonly used at home and abroad:
(1) Ground washing spray disinfection machine 94×P220 washing spray disinfection machine. When working, the diesel engine motor starts , drives the piston and diaphragm to reciprocate, and clean water or liquid medicine is first sucked into the pump chamber, and then pressurized and discharged through the spray gun. The working pressure of this machine is 15-20 kg/cm2, the flow rate is 20 liters/minute, and the flushing range is 12-14 meters. It is a good cleaning and disinfection equipment for factory pig farms. Its main advantages are: ① High-pressure flushing spray, flushing thoroughly, saving water and liquid; ② The spray gun is adjustable, which can both flush and spray; ③ The piston diaphragm pump is reliable and durable; ④ Small size, maneuverable and flexible. Easy to operate; ⑤ High efficiency and labor saving. (2) The average sterilization rate of flame sterilizers using drugs for disinfection is only 84%, which does not meet the requirement of a sterilization rate of more than 95%. Therefore, generally pig farms must use drugs for disinfection twice, which increases the workload and operating costs. In addition, disinfection with drugs leaves more residues, while flame disinfection overcomes the above shortcomings. The flame sterilizer uses high-temperature atomization of kerosene and violent combustion to produce high-temperature flames that instantly burn the pig pens, feeding troughs and other equipment and building surfaces in the house to achieve the purpose of disinfecting and purifying bacteria, viruses, insect eggs, etc. Its main advantages are: ① The sterilization rate is as high as 97%; ② It is easy to operate, efficient, low consumption and low cost; ③ After disinfection, the equipment and stalls are dry and there is no liquid residue.
