Second, the working principle and structural characteristics:

As shown in the figure, the movable jaw 6 is directly suspended from the eccentric shaft 7 and directly driven by the eccentric shaft. The bottom of the movable jaw is supported on the back wall of the frame by the thrust plate 10. When the motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through the V belt, on the one hand, the movable jaw swings back and forth, and at the same time, it moves up and down along the fixed jaw to a great extent, so that the materials in the crushing cavity are crushed and discharged.

The underframe and frame of the machine are welded with steel plates. The fixed jaw 3 is installed on the front plate of the machine frame, and is clamped by the side guards installed on the left and right side walls at the front of the machine frame and the pressing blocks and screws at the corresponding positions of the machine frame, so as to ensure that the side walls of the machine frame are not worn when working. The movable jaw plate is made of ZGMn 13. The front part of the movable jaw is provided with a movable jaw sleeve 5. The upper part of the movable jaw is hung on the bearing hole of the frame through an eccentric shaft and a rolling bearing, and the lower part is supported on a thrust plate bracket through a thrust plate. Flywheels and pulleys are installed at both ends of the eccentric wheel.

At the same time, the thrust plate bracket plays a role in adjusting the size of the discharge port through the pull rod and nut at the back. When rotating clockwise, the discharge port increases, otherwise it decreases. When adjusting, loosen the fixing screws on it.

The machine also has a tensioning device composed of pull rod, spring, adjusting nut and other parts. One end of the pull rod is hinged to the earring at the bottom of the movable jaw, and the other end passes through the ear piece of the frame wall and is tensioned by a spring and a nut. When the movable jaw is driven to swing forward, the movable jaw and the thrust plate will generate moment of inertia, but on the return journey, the movable jaw cannot rotate in time due to the moment of inertia, which may cause the thrust plate to fall off. Therefore, the tension mechanism should be used to keep the thrust plate in close contact with the movable collar and the top seat of the thrust plate, and its pull rod will balance the inertia force when the movable jaw and the thrust plate swing forward with the help of spring tension, so that the movable jaw can swing in the opposite direction in time. The machine has simple structure, convenient management and maintenance, compact and beautiful appearance, firmness and durability, and flexible and convenient adjustment. The invention can reduce dust pollution, and is especially suitable for laboratories and other places.

Third, the installation instructions:

2. Before adjusting the discharge port, loosen the adjusting nut on the spring pull rod at the back of the frame, and then adjust the tension of the spring properly after adjustment.

Four. Instructions for use:

(l) Preparation before startup:

1. Carefully check whether the lubrication of the bearing is good, and whether there is enough grease on the bearing, thrust plate bearing seat and top of the push rod;

(3) Maintenance and use

3. Under normal working conditions, the bearing temperature rise should not exceed 35℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70℃. If it exceeds 70℃, stop the machine immediately, find out the reason and eliminate it.

4. Before stopping, the feeding work should be stopped first, and the motor can only be turned off after all the materials in the crushing cavity are discharged.

5. When crushing, if the machine stops due to the blockage of materials in the crushing cavity, the motor should be turned off immediately, and the materials must be removed before restarting.

6. After one end of the jaw is worn, the adjustable head can be used.

(4) Lubrication

1. The lubrication of this machine is mainly the lubrication of bearings and thrust plates.

2. The bearing is lubricated with grease.

3. The lubricating grease added in the bearing seat should be 50 ~ 7O% of its volume, and it should be replaced once the working time is accumulated for three months. When changing oil, clean gasoline or kerosene should be used to carefully clean the runway of rolling bearings.

4. Before starting the machine, grease must be injected between the thrust plate bearing seat and the push rod.

5. Lubrication is also needed between the bushing in the connecting block of thrust plate and the end cover of thrust plate, and grease is injected from two oil marks on the connecting block.

6. The grease used in this machine should be determined according to the use place and climate of the machine. Generally, calcium-based grease, sodium-based grease or calcium-based grease can be used.

(5) Possible faults and troubleshooting methods:

The main reason for possible failure is the elimination method. The flywheel continues to run, and the crushing work stops. The thrust plate falls off and the spring breaks. The adjusting nut of thrust plate weldment with broken spring is loose. Replace the spring. Replace thrust plate. Loosely tighten the nut of the movable jaw liner and the fastener of the liner. Tighten the nut of the compression bolt. The fixed jaw pad is not wedged against the edge guard and the pad is not pressed against the wedged edge guard. Tighten the nut, and tighten the spiral bearing on the gasket and the press block. The temperature of the bearing is too high. Insufficient or excessive grease will pollute the bearing. Add appropriate grease to clean and replace the bearing spring. When adjusting the drain, the spring will not loosen. Replace the spring, and pay attention to loosen the spring when adjusting the discharge port. There is a knock at the back of the machine.
