(3) Representative works (papers) since taking office. Published papers must be copied from the cover, content and text of the journal (environmental protection majors must submit published papers).
(4) The items filled in the Registration Form of Main Performance Proof Materials for Professional and Technical Personnel are those that have participated in the past five years, and the number is no more than 10, of which two items are selected and recognized by two or more units related to the project other than the unit: Party A, the contractor, the supervision unit and the competent department. The performance part should include the scale (importance) of the project (subject, work) undertaken by the individual and its role (effect), and should be accompanied by documents, unit certificates or relevant contents of the construction organization design plan; Project (project) stage report and evaluation report; Award-winning certificate (award-winning article, award-winning certificate, award-winning certificate); Proof of benefits and effects (such as saving materials, obtaining economic benefits, shortening construction period, etc.). ); Put forward reasonable suggestions and take certain measures to ensure the quality (construction quality, testing quality, etc.). ); Invention patent certificate, utility model patent certificate, patent executor certificate, economic benefit certificate, etc.

All the above materials should be printed on A4 paper, bound with staples or bound with glue in three categories (paper clips, tape, etc. Not allowed) keep the surface of the material flat. As for the paper:
