1. Component base treatment : Use angle grinders, sandpaper and other equipment to remove impurities such as laitance and oil stains on the concrete surface. The concrete on the base surface of the component should be polished smooth, and structural repair glue should be used to repair and restore defects such as larger holes, concave surfaces, exposed reinforcements, etc.; The parts with steps and internal corners should be smoothed into smooth curved surfaces; the edges and corners of the construction section should be polished into rounded corners with an arc radius of not less than 25 mm. Use a hair dryer to clean the concrete surface and keep it dry.

2. Material preparation: Cut the carbon fiber cloth according to the design size, and folding is strictly prohibited; if the carbon fiber cloth has original creases, cut off the crease section. Proportion the Hummer carbon fiber adhesive as required and stir evenly with an electric mixer.

3. Paste Hummer carbon fiber cloth: Apply the prepared carbon fiber adhesive evenly to the concrete surface of the pasting part, and apply the cut carbon fiber cloth on the concrete surface coated with carbon fiber adhesive according to the laying-out position. The carbon fiber cloth should be fully flattened without wrinkles. Use a special roller to roll it multiple times along the direction of the carbon fiber cloth to fully impregnate the carbon fiber cloth with glue. (When pasting multiple layers of carbon fiber cloth, please paste the next layer immediately when the glue on the surface of the carbon fiber cloth reaches a finger-dry state; if the delay exceeds 1 hour, please wait 12 hours before repeating the above steps, but you should re-paste it before pasting. Wipe off the dust on the bonding surface of the carbon fiber cloth.) After the last layer of carbon fiber cloth is pasted, a layer of carbon fiber adhesive should be evenly applied on its surface. If the carbon fiber cloth needs to be overlapped, the overlap of the cloth at each end in the force direction should not be less than 200mm.

4. Curing and maintenance: Avoid rain or moisture within 24 hours after the completion of construction, and pay attention to protection to prevent hard objects from damaging the construction surface. When the average temperature is 20-25℃, the curing time shall not be less than 3 days; when the average temperature is 10℃, the curing time shall not be less than 7 days.

5. Inspection: The actual pasting area of ??the carbon fiber cloth should not be less than the design area, and the position deviation should not be greater than 10mm. The bonding quality between carbon fiber cloth and concrete can be checked by gently tapping with a small hammer or pressing the surface of the carbon fiber cloth by hand. The total effective bonding area should not be less than 95%. When the hollow area of ??the carbon fiber cloth is not larger than 2500px2, the needle injection method can be used to repair it; when the hollow area is larger than 2500px2, it is advisable to cut off the carbon fiber cloth in the hollow area and re-overlap and paste the same amount of carbon fiber sheets. The overlap length should not be less than 100mm. If necessary, the forward tension test can be used to conduct on-site sampling inspection of the construction quality.
