Since 2000, the overall design and electrical system debugging of a six-axle electric locomotive with a value of150,000 in a factory, the design and debugging of bogie rolling test-bed in a company, the development of microcomputer monitoring system in a railway sub-bureau and the development of automatic test-bed for locomotive electrical appliances have been completed respectively. All three projects have been identified and put into use. After 2003, it obtained two national invention patents and two utility model patents. The ancient mechanical five-bar linkage is perfectly combined with the latest advanced IT technologies such as Bluetooth, PDA and DSP. By minimizing the deformation of force and hand heat, the portable railway wheel shape measuring instrument, rail wear measuring instrument and train vibration measuring instrument with the highest comprehensive accuracy and the most powerful function are developed.
