(a) the contents of the application materials

5. Obtain the green construction demonstration project of the construction industry at or above the provincial level;
6. Certificates such as Green Building Award, provincial and above construction methods, national invention and utility model patents, national and provincial scientific and technological progress awards (those who win this award will be given priority as the "Zhongzhou Cup" project);
7. Certificate of "Zhongzhou Structural Cup" for residential and public building projects in Henan Province;
8 city quality project award certificate;
9. Municipal and above safety civilization standardization site;
10. For project contracting, there should be contractors if there are contractors;
1 1. energy saving acceptance certificate;
12. Project completion acceptance documents and filing documents;
13. Comprehensive evaluation certificate of the owner or user;
14. Certificate of final accounts of project completion;
15. 15-20 color photos reflecting the whole project and important parts of the project, with captions;
16. An engineering video CD.
(two) the "Zhongzhou Cup" award application data requirements
1. Items 2 to 15 (number of copies) of the application materials are bound into a book with a table of contents and page numbers;
2 "Zhongzhou Cup" award-winning declaration form in the organizer, organizer and related units must be stamped with the seal of the unit;
3. Documents, certificates, seals, etc. The content provided must be complete, clear and easy to distinguish, and the content must be consistent with the project. If there is any difference, there should be a written proof of the change;

Reporting requirements for "Zhongzhou Cup" award
(a) the construction industry associations of all provinces and municipalities should adhere to the "high standards and strict requirements" and strictly declare the projects participating in the "Zhongzhou Cup" award evaluation of provincial construction projects.
(two) the project application materials should be true, accurate and complete, and put an end to fraud, otherwise it will be disqualified.
(three) residential projects must have the evaluation opinions of the owners.
(4) When the construction industry associations of cities under the jurisdiction of provinces and the industry associations of provinces directly under the provincial level recommend to declare and participate in two or more projects of Zhongzhou Cup Award, the order of the recommended projects shall be indicated.
