The early symptoms of ichthyosis are mainly dry and rough skin of limbs or trunk, accompanied by rhombic or polygonal scales, which look like scales or snakeskin. In severe cases, the skin is chapped, the epidermis is stiff, the hair is sparse, and perspiration is abnormal, which leads to imbalance of water and liquid metabolism in the body and affects the endocrine system.
The initial symptom of ichthyosis is that the subcutaneous lipid metabolism is disordered due to the dual effects of heredity and external incentives, and the ester glycoside is in a semi-decomposed state and cannot be used by the human body. Ester glycosides are not easily excreted from the kidney, but they have strong affinity with the skin. Mild symptoms disappear completely in summer and appear or worsen in winter. In severe cases, the skin becomes thicker and the markings are distinct, and the initial symptoms of ichthyosis are generally mild.
Ichthyosis is also a hereditary keratosis skin disease. The early symptoms of ichthyosis are many dry, rough scales, horny scales, dark stripes and white skin on limbs or trunk. The cold and dry season is aggravated and the warm and wet season is lightened.
