Can I reapply for expired patents and patents that have expired due to annual fees?

Don't fool people casually. From the application point of view, you can definitely reapply, but from LZ, it should mean whether you can reapply. If lZ means this, it is impossible to apply for a new patent, whether it is an expired patent, an invalid patent or a valid patent. Of course, if the patent is invalid because of the annual fee, in my impression, the patent can remain valid for a certain period of time after paying the annual fee for six months. If the patent has not been paid or paid in full after the six-month period, the Patent Office will issue a termination notice two months later, and the applicant can pay the right restoration fee within the next four months (four months+15 days if the delivery time is included). If it takes four and a half months, there is no chance to get this patent right.
