Dense plate filtration system

The system is mainly used for precise filtration of oil in the process of rolling strip and foil in ferrous and non-ferrous metal processing. The whole filtration process is carried out online and controlled automatically by microcomputer, which not only has high filtration accuracy, but also can achieve the purpose of improving productivity and saving.

Filter medium: rolling process oil with kerosene or light oil as base oil.

Emulsion precision filtration system

The system is used for fine filtration and coarse filtration of emulsion in the processing of ferrous metals and nonferrous metals. The filtered emulsion can be reused. This can not only ensure the machining accuracy, but also save emulsion.

When the filtration accuracy of emulsion is greater than 15μm, generally, gravity or vacuum flat filter can be directly selected without adding filter aid. For those that require high filtration accuracy, or the filtrate contains a lot of miscellaneous oil, it can be used in conjunction with the air flotation oil removal device, and its filtration accuracy can reach15 μ m. The air flotation oil removal device is a relatively new water treatment technology in the world.

Its principle is that air is dissolved in water (emulsion) under pressure, and then the dissolved air is released under the condition of sudden decompression, forming a large number of tiny bubbles with a diameter of 30 ~ 50 μ m. These tiny bubbles are adsorbed together with oil droplets in emulsion, which increases the diameter of suspended particles and makes them float on the surface of water (emulsion) quickly, thus achieving the purpose of separation and purification.

Gravity flat bed filter, also known as positive pressure flat bed filter, can provide 650 ~ 20000 L/min, 17 products. The filter body consists of a movable upper box body and a fixed lower box body. The upper box body is connected with two oil cylinders and can be vertically lifted. When working, it is clamped by oil cylinder or air cylinder. Filter paper and metal mesh belt are sandwiched between the upper box and the lower box. Metal mesh has the function of supporting and conveying filter paper. The filter is divided into an upper cavity and a lower cavity, and a rubber seal is installed at the joint. The dirty emulsion enters the upper box through the pipeline under a certain pressure and is purified after filtration. When the filter paper is used for a period of time, the passing capacity of emulsion will be reduced. When the internal pressure rises to a certain extent, the system will automatically cut off the input of emulsion, and the emulsion in the upper box will be discharged by compressed air. The hydraulic cylinder lifts the box, the filter belt moves horizontally, and new filter paper is input. Then press the upper box down and close it, and start the next filtration cycle. The whole cycle process is automatically controlled by microcomputer.

The power consumption of compressed air can be saved by selecting the method of inhaling air through the intubation before the pump to make dissolved gas and water. The air flotation time is 65438 02 minutes, and the residence time of dissolved gas in the dissolving tank is 3 minutes. The air flotation tank is equipped with an oil scraper, which can remove the suspended matter in time after it floats.

Automatic alarm and fire extinguishing system for rolling mill

Our institute is a unit with the design license of automatic alarm and automatic fire extinguishing issued by the state, specializing in the automatic fire extinguishing engineering design of nonferrous and ferrous metal rolling mills. Since 1984, the fixed automatic fire extinguishing system developed by our institute has been equipped with dozens of imported and domestic non-ferrous and ferrous metal rolling mills. The operation practice proves that the device and engineering technology level have reached the advanced level abroad.

The fire extinguishing system has a high degree of automation and has three control functions: automatic, semi-automatic and manual. The fire extinguishing agent can be CO2, 12 1 1, 130 1, steam, high expansion foam, etc.

The fire extinguishing system can realize the mutual borrowing of fire extinguishing agents in different protected areas, so that each protected area can extinguish the fire once, twice or even three times. This not only ensures the safe production of the rolling mill, but also does not need to set fire extinguishing agent and spare storage bottle repeatedly, which reduces the equipment investment.

Oil mist purification device for rolling mill

The device is mainly used to treat the process lubricating oil smoke in the rolling process of nonferrous metals and ferrous metals, which can reduce the pollution of rolling oil smoke to the environment, recover a certain amount of rolling oil, and reduce the factors causing fire and the resulting shutdown loss.

Based on the principle of collision air filtration, the device mainly includes inertial collision, interception, Brownian motion, gas adsorption, electrostatic attraction and gravity settlement. The flue gas discharged after treatment can meet the requirements of environmental protection, and the emission concentration can be controlled at 15 ~ 50mg/m3, and it can also be controlled at 5mg/m3 if users have special requirements.

Dismantling and cleaning equipment for roller bearings

The complete set of equipment is a special equipment for disassembling and assembling the roller bearing of rolling mill and cleaning the roller bearing and bearing seat. The whole set of equipment consists of three parts: roller bearing pedestal disassembly equipment, roller bearing pedestal cleaning equipment and roller bearing cleaning equipment.

Disassembly and assembly equipment for roller bearing seat:

This kind of equipment uses the air cushion effect to make the car float, and then it is gently dragged by the cylinder, so that the bearing seat can be automatically removed from both ends at the same time.

Cleaning equipment for roller bearing seat:

In this equipment, the bearing seat removed from the roller is towed to the cleaning room by the trolley traction mechanism. In the cleaning room, pressure oil is sprayed on the bearing seat through the rotating nozzle for automatic cleaning. After cleaning, blow the bearing seat with compressed air to remove residual cleaning oil and dirt. After washing, the washing oil is recycled after treatment.
