This product is a compound preparation, and its components are: each branch contains 0.006 mg of digitalis glycoside and 0.04 mg of esculetine glycoside.

Pharmacology This product contains a standard digitalis glycoside mixture extracted from digitalis leaves.
The effect of digitalis glycoside on ciliary muscle is similar to that on myocardium: contractility is enhanced, especially in the case of muscle insufficiency. The tissue concentration in ciliary body and cornea is three times that in peripheral serum. These results confirmed that digitalis glycoside was released from aqueous eye drops and absorbed in ciliary body.
Esculetine glycoside can enhance the sealing property of blood vessels and increase the resistance of capillaries in iris and ciliary body.
The combined effect of these two components can improve the blood perfusion of retina.
