According to the relevant public information and the requirements of health monitoring and condition maintenance of airborne electronic equipment, the infield tester of launching device needs to add the function of current monitoring to the product under test. At the same time, in order to avoid the damage of overcurrent to products or test equipment during testing, it is urgent to realize dynamic overcurrent protection for products under test. Based on this requirement, an implementation scheme based on Hall sensor is designed. In terms of hardware, the circuit consists of devices, current monitoring circuits and over-current protection control circuits. On the one hand, the working current is converted into corresponding indicating voltage output. On the other hand, overcurrent protection is realized according to the set dynamic current threshold. In terms of software, based on the original three-layer software framework of the tester, modules such as current threshold setting, current indication and over-limit alarm are added, and functions such as circuit control, status display and data storage are realized. Through this design, the intelligent degree of the tester is improved, the needs of health monitoring are met, and the property loss and schedule risk caused by over-current damage in the development of the launcher are reduced.
