BenQ, how to start the screen chandelier with the computer?

BenQ screen chandeliers usually have automatic power-on function, which can be turned on together with the computer through the following steps:

1. Make sure that your computer and BenQ screen chandelier are connected to the same power network.

2. Open the "Control Panel" on the computer and enter the "Device Manager" option.

3. Locate the display adapter or monitor option, right-click and select Properties.

4. In the Properties window, locate the Power Management tab and select the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" check box.

5. Click the Apply button and close the Properties window.

6. Turn on the power switch of the chandelier on BenQ's screen to make it work normally.

7. Make sure that the power switch of the computer and BenQ hanging screen lamp is turned on.

8. Press the "Key +X" key combination on the computer and select "Power Options".

9. In the Power Options window, find the option "Choose when to turn the monitor on or off", and then select "Always on".

10. Click OK to close the Power Options window.
