Which invention patent applications can be examined first? What materials are needed?

Generally speaking, the application for a patent for invention, like the other two types of patent applications, is handled in accordance with the established examination procedures. However, in some special industries or technologies, the application for a patent for invention can be given priority. Since the promulgation of the Administrative Measures for Priority Examination of Invention Patents on August 1 2065438, many applications for invention patents have been given priority examination.
