Why does the mobile phone display display work? What does it rely on?

The display circuit of a smartphone is mainly composed of a microprocessor, image processor, LCD display, touch screen drive circuit, touch panel, LED backlight driver, LED backlight, etc. The LCD screen of a mobile phone uses an LCD screen made of liquid crystal molecules. Liquid crystal is a liquid optoelectronic display material. When it is powered on, it conducts and the arrangement becomes orderly, making it easy for light to pass through; when it is not powered on, the arrangement is chaotic and prevents light from passing through. This allows the liquid crystal to block or allow light to penetrate like a gate. We use the electro-optical effect of liquid crystal to convert electrical signals into visible signals such as characters and images to display images.

The commonly used mobile phone displays include LCD screens and OLED screens. Both types of screens need to be tested. The high-current shrapnel microneedle module can be used for mobile phone screen testing. Its function is to transmit large currents and cope with small pitches. It can withstand high currents up to 50A, and the current flow is stable. The recommended value of the high-current shrapnel microneedle module in a small pitch is between 0.15mm-0.3mm. It has a stable connection function and can improve the testing efficiency of mobile phone display screens.
