The monitoring unit includes the acquisition of analog and switch values, as well as opening control. The analog acquisition unit can acquire the data collected during the interaction between automobile users and the display unit. Switching value acquisition can provide the charging amount needed by users according to the data input by users. After the car is charged, a control is issued to guide the car user to end the charging operation.
The monitoring unit is used to monitor the input and output voltage and current of the charging pile, whether the charging interface is connected or not, the condition of the vehicle battery, etc. In order to find the abnormality of charging and vehicle battery in time and ensure the safety of cars and charging piles.
The hardware facilities of the charging pile include charging gun and charging cabinet, as well as external hardware such as junction box, and internal hardware such as inverter and transformer, rectifier, filter and relay.
