Brand model: BJCKAI electric switch machine
System: ZD6-E190/600
Function of switch machine: conversion The position of the switch is converted to the position or reverse position as needed; after the switch is rotated to the required position and closely attached, it is locked to prevent external force from switching the switch; it correctly reflects the actual position of the switch, and the switch's point rail is closely attached to the basic rail After that, the corresponding indication will be given; when the switch is squeezed or is in the "four open" position (the switch rails on both sides are not close to each other) for some reason, an alarm and indication will be given in time.
The switch machine refers to an important signaling infrastructure device used to reliably convert the position of the switch, change the direction of the switch opening, lock the switch rail, and reflect the position of the switch. It can well ensure driving safety. Improve transportation efficiency and improve the labor intensity of driving personnel.
Power switch machines are directly related to the safety of railway transportation. Therefore, the function and quality of power switch machines must meet the following basic requirements:
1. Power switch machines should It has a large enough conversion force to drive the switch point rail to change position in the unlocked state; when the switch point rail is blocked and cannot be switched to the end, the switch point rail can be returned to the original position at any time under the control of the attendant.
2. When the switch point rail and the basic rail do not reach the specified close contact, they should not be locked. Failure to lock will not end the switch conversion process; once locked, the switch should be ensured It will not be unlocked and shifted due to vibration when the train passes.
3. The power switch machine must be able to accurately reflect the position of the switch. Only when the switch point rail and the basic rail reach the specified close contact and the switch is locked, can the corresponding position of the switch be indicated. .
4. After the switch is squeezed, there should be a squeeze indication. The switch machine cannot switch the switch without manual restoration.
Notes:
1. The switch machine should be installed squarely with the switch, and the deviation of the vertical distance between the two ends of the longitudinal sides of the switch machine shell and the basic rail or center line should be , no more than 10 mm (external locking switch, no more than 5 mm).
2. Turnouts where the train speed is greater than 120 km/h should use external locking devices.
3. Multi-point (including two or more points) traction turnouts should adopt the multi-machine traction method.
4. When a squeeze occurs, the switching equipment (except the fast switch machine) should reliably cut off the switch indication.
5. For lines where the train speed is greater than 120 km/h, the switches should be driven by AC electric or electro-hydraulic switch machines with a three-phase 380 V power supply voltage. Other lines can use rated voltage 160 V DC electric or electro-hydraulic switch machine traction.
6. The switches in the marshalling yard should be driven by fast electric, electro-hydraulic or electro-pneumatic switch machines with a rated voltage of 180 V ~ 200 V DC (or AC with a two-phase 380 V power supply voltage); rated voltages can also be used Voltage 20 V DC fast electro-pneumatic switch machine traction.
7. Switch machines with different strokes used in multi-machine traction switches should meet the requirements for synchronous conversion of the switches.
8. The first traction point switch machine of the point rail and center rail should adopt the method of locking the action rod and the locking rod at the same time.
