College has become one of the important research units in the fields of environmental science and engineering, civil engineering and project management in domestic universities through distinctive research direction setting, high-level and high-level teaching staff construction, purchase and construction of advanced experimental instruments, establishment of perfect education and training system and rich academic exchanges at home and abroad. The College has successively undertaken and completed more than 40 national, ministerial and provincial scientific research projects such as the National "863 Plan" and the National Natural Science Foundation, won 28 national invention patents, published more than 700 academic papers at home and abroad, and completed nearly 50 engineering projects entrusted by enterprises.
