The research on molecular genetics and breeding of silkworm was carried out.
* The gene analysis of silkworm vitellogenin was carried out, and the sequence of vitellogenin gene of 4 Chinese silkworms was analyzed, and the ovaries of different silkworms were transplanted to each other, which proved the mechanism of silkworm egg formation at the molecular level for the first time at home and abroad; * The research on the genetic resources and utilization of silkworm was carried out, and the complete cDNA sequences of tussah, wild silkworm, castor silkworm and wild silkworm were detected, which were registered in the international gene database.
