If a rotary vibrator is used, if the driving device of the vibrator is a motor, it is an electric vibrating pile hammer; If the driving device of the vibration exciter is a hydraulic motor, it is a hydraulic vibrating pile hammer. This kind of hydraulic vibrating pile hammer is used more and more in China, both imported and made in China. During the construction of super-large precast piles, a vibrating pile hammer with a rotary vibrator can be connected to vibrate synchronously.
The main manufacturer of hydraulic piston reciprocating vibration pile hammer is Japan, with little output. There is no production and application in China, and this kind of vibrating pile hammer is not included in the new standard. The vibration frequency of this vibrating pile hammer produced in Japan can reach 60Hz, but the maximum exciting force is only 373kN.
Vibrating pile hammer can be made into impact type. The impact vibration pile hammer has special requirements and characteristics, and the consumption is very small. When piling, the pile is not connected with the hammer body. The new standard also does not include this kind of vibrating pile hammer.
