Recognition. Also known as authentication. It is the administrative subject's recognition and affirmation of the existing legal status, rights and obligations of individuals and organizations and whether the confirmed matters meet the legal requirements. Such as product quality certification.
Proof means that the administrative subject clearly affirms the legal status, rights and obligations or a certain situation of the object to be proved to others. Such as various academic qualifications, degree certificates, proof of homestead use, resident status, proof of origin of goods, etc.
Register. That is, under the application of the applicant, the administrative subject records some situation or fact of the other party in the relevant government register and formally confirms it according to law. Such as housing property registration, household registration, community registration, marriage registration, etc.
Administrative appraisal. That is, the administrative subject objectively evaluates the nature, state and quality of a specific legal fact or object. Such as tax appraisal, audit appraisal and accounting appraisal.
Legal basis:
Article 74 of the Administrative Procedure Law, if an administrative act is ruled illegal by the people's court under any of the following circumstances, but the administrative act is not revoked: (1) The administrative act should be revoked according to law, but the revocation of the administrative act will cause great damage to the national interests and social public interests; (two) the administrative act procedure is slightly illegal, but it does not have a practical impact on the plaintiff's rights. Under any of the following circumstances, if the administrative act does not need to be revoked or the judgment has been fulfilled, the people's court shall make a judgment confirming the illegality: (1) the administrative act is illegal, but there is no revocable content; (two) the defendant changed the original illegal administrative act, and the plaintiff still asked to confirm that the original administrative act was illegal; (3) The defendant fails to perform or delays in performing his statutory duties, and the judgment is meaningless.
