The air inlet is annular, and there is no inlet guide vane. The air inlet cone made of composite material rotates with the fan, and there are noise elimination measures.

single-stage axial flow of fan. 26 wide chord hollow titanium alloy fan blades without boss formed by superplastic forming/diffusion bonding. The tenon is made into a circular arc along the length direction, which allows the wheel disc to be small, thus reducing the wheel hub ratio and increasing the air circulation.

8-stage axial flow of medium pressure compressor. Rotating speed is 7r/min. The core flow is larger than that of-524 g/h. The inlet guide vanes and the first two stages of rectifier vanes are adjustable. The whole rotor is welded into a whole with titanium alloy, and the first-stage wheel disc extends forward at the center of the disc to form a short shaft connected with the front axle journal. The second-stage rotor blades are designed perpendicular to the airflow direction, which is called "orthogonal" blades. When working, the blade roots have additional bending moment, but the efficiency is high.

6-stage axial flow of high-pressure compressor. The rotating speed is 1r/min. The whole rotor is welded into an integral structure with IMI834 titanium alloy, and the front axle neck is connected with the inclined hub at the center of the first stage disc with circular arc end tooth coupling. Heat insulation material is installed in the annular cavity between the outer ring of the rectifier blade and the casing to control the casing temperature, improve the passive clearance control ability, and make the tip clearance change little when the working condition is transient.

the combustion chamber is annular. Steel casing, nickel-based Nimonic alloy flame tube, equipped with 24 pneumatic atomizing nozzles.

high pressure turbine single-stage axial flow. Both rotor blades and guide blades are air-cooled. 92 rotor blades with crowns were cast by directional solidification material MARM2. The vane of the guide adopts a three-dimensional flow composite inclined design, which can reduce the loss of the boundary layer.

single-stage axial flow of medium pressure turbine. 126 rotor blades are not cooled, designed with controllable vortex variable power and cast with SRR99 single crystal material. Twenty-six guide blades are designed according to the three-dimensional flow compound inclination, and are cast with MARM2 directional solidification material.

The Trent 7 series of low-pressure turbines has a 4-stage axial flow, and the 8 series has a 5-stage axial flow. All of them are designed according to three-dimensional flow, and the rotor blades are also designed according to the orthogonal principle, and the blades are curved.
