H2S gas contacts the alkaline solution of sulfur-containing bacteria in the washing tower, and H2S is dissolved in the alkaline solution and enters the bioreactor with the alkaline solution (patented design). In the aeration environment of bioreactor, sulfide is oxidized to elemental sulfur by thiobacteriaceae bacteria. Sulfur is separated from the bioreactor in the form of slurry, which can be further dried into sulfur powder or melted into commercial sulfur.
