Patents do not make products.

I have an idea, which I think is quite good. I can make a product, but I think there is still a market, but I can't make it with my current ability. What I want to ask is, can I really apply for a patent (patented technology) for my technology without an entity application (patented product)?

A: Simply put, you can apply for a patent. If such products have existed before or are used in other fields, you can apply for a patent for utility model after improvement; If there is no such product before, you can apply for an invention patent if you create it.

In fact, patent applications are not limited to technology and entities. If you have a mature idea that can outline the manufacturing process and internal structure of this patent, you can apply for a patent.
