Wang Li, female, born in October 1972, holds a master's degree, is an applied researcher in engineering technology, and is a member of the National Liquor Appraisal Committee. Currently, he is the chief engineer, chief quality officer and researcher of China Kweichow Moutai Distillery (Group) Co., Ltd.

1. Work experience

From May 2005 to July 2010, he served as deputy director of the Technology Center of Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd.;

July 2010 From December 2011 to December 2011, he served as the deputy chief engineer and executive deputy director of the technical center of Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd.;

From December 2011 to April 2012, he served as the chief engineer and technical center of Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd. Executive deputy director;

From April 2012 to May 2012, he served as chief engineer and director of the technical center of Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd.;

From May 2012 to January 2014 Served as chief engineer of Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd.;

From January 2014 to present, he served as chief engineer and director of the quality department of Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd.

From August 2015 to March 2020, he served as deputy general manager of Kweichow Moutai.

Wang Li is the main promoter, organizer and academic leader of scientific and technological innovation in the liquor industry. She pioneered a new method based on the combination of instrumental analysis technology and sensory evaluation. Traditional famous liquor quality control model, leading the construction and improvement of the whole industry chain food safety control platform based on advanced analytical technology integration system, building and forming a traditional process interpretation system with brewing microbial diversity, stability and functional microbial metabolism mechanism as the three cores wait. He has presided over 8 projects at the provincial or ministerial level or above, applied for 53 national patents, published nearly 30 papers, participated in the formulation of a number of national, industry and local standards, and won more than 20 professional science and technology awards of various types
