Gas film concept

Gas-film building is a kind of building structure system with special building membrane material as the shell and a set of intelligent electromechanical equipment to provide positive air pressure inside the gas-film building and support the main body of the building. A complete gas film building system also includes lighting system and access control system.

1. The gas film supports the whole building by the pressure difference between inside and outside. Due to the flexibility of the material, the inherent effectiveness of the structure and the arc shape, there are no bent, twisted and compressed components;

With the increase of atmospheric pressure, the oxygen content in the environment is increasing, so the air pressure difference inside and outside the air film will not have any adverse effects on the human body, but will help people engage in sports activities or physical work; Generally, the air pressure difference between inside and outside is 250Pa, which is about 0.0025 atmospheres (equivalent to the air pressure difference between 1 and 9 floors of normal buildings). Gas film building is a mature building technology. It takes special membrane materials as the "shell" of the building, takes patented stay cables as the force transmission system, and forms a safe and stable building system by adjusting the internal and external pressure difference. The system is easy to operate and maintain, and the cost is relatively low.

4. Ordinary gas film is not reinforced by steel cables or only by longitudinal and transverse steel cables, which has weak snow and wind resistance and high accident rate and cannot be used as a permanent building; Only the inclined net cable system can ensure the wind and snow resistance of the gas film, and it is also the only gas film that can be used as a permanent building.
