Go to official website to download the latest offline upgrade package.
Then check whether there is a file gwssiApplication.ocx in the installation directory. If not, go to the electronic application website to download the latest offline upgrade package and upgrade it again.
If so, open the command prompt of the computer as an administrator, type regsvr32 in it, then press the space bar, drag gwssiApplication.ocx into the box of the command prompt, and then press enter. Be careful to open as an administrator.
