What behaviors violate the patent transfer contract?

Both parties to the patent transfer/transferee violate the contract as follows: 1. As the patent transferor 1. Failure to pay royalties as stipulated in the contract; 2. Implementation of the patent violates the provisions of Article 346 of the Contract Law, exceeds the scope of the contract, and without the consent of the assignor, License a third party to exploit the patent; 3. Violate the method of payment of the price stipulated in the contract; 4. Failure to pay the price two months overdue.
