What is the working principle of hydrophobic expansion container?

Principle

1. The rotary film deaerator is divided into exhaust sections according to the direction of water flow from top to bottom. The film starter (composed of a water chamber and a steam chamber ), space area and packing area. The main condensate water and supply water, as well as qualified hydrophobic water everywhere, enter the water chamber of the membrane group of the deaerator. Under the action of the pressure difference, the jet sprays through the small holes on the rotating membrane tube, and forms along the inner wall of the rotating membrane tube. The water film rotates downward, and due to centrifugal action, a high-speed rotating water film skirt is formed at the mouth of the pipe. The heated steam causes the oxygen and non-condensable gases dissolved in the water to overflow from the water due to the saturated steam temperature at the lower part of the packing layer. The exhaust pipe of the steam-water separator on the top of the head is discharged into the atmosphere. The inlet water completes primary deoxygenation in the film starter and secondary deoxygenation in the packing layer. The deaerated water flows down from the deaerator, falls through the water tank, and collects in the deaerated water tank. This kind of deaerator has a high heat transfer coefficient and can heat the water to the required state in a short period of time to achieve the deoxidation effect.

2. The deaeration water tank is welded by a horizontal cylinder and two heads. There is a manhole at one end of the water tank for inspection and maintenance. There is a reinforcement ring in the cylinder, and a reboiling auxiliary heating tube is installed in the deaerated water tank. When necessary, the heating steam passes through the small holes in the boiling tube, boils and bubbles, and heats the feed water.
