2. Submit application documents
The applicant or agent shall submit the registration application documents as required. The application documents include: application form for software copyright registration, software certification materials, applicant's identity certificate and relevant supporting documents in duplicate.
3. Pay the application fee
When the application documents meet the acceptance requirements, the software registration agency will issue a notice of payment, and the applicant or agent will pay according to the notice.
4. The registration institution accepts the application.
If the application documents meet the acceptance conditions and the application fee is paid, the registration institution shall accept them within the prescribed time limit and issue a notice of acceptance and payment documents to the applicant or agent.
5. Revision procedure (unnecessary)
If there are defects in the application documents, the applicant or agent shall make corrections within the prescribed time limit. If no correction is made within the time limit, the application shall be deemed to be withdrawn; If it still does not meet the registration method after correction, the registration institution shall not register it and notify the applicant or agent in writing.
6. Obtain a registration certificate
Copyright registration's materials
Copyright registration required materials:
(1) Applicant's qualification certificate (company: business license (with official seal); Personal: ID card);
(2) sample drawings of the works and descriptions of the creation of the works;
(3) Application form for copyright registration of works;
(4) Description of copyright of legal person's works (required when the author is a legal person or an unincorporated organization);
(5) the power of attorney, the attached drawings of the application and a copy of the business license of the agency.
Software copyright:
(1) Applicant's qualification certificate (company: business license (with official seal); Personal: ID card);
(2) An application form for the registration of computer software copyright;
(3) Source code (30 consecutive pages before and after the source code is provided, with 50 lines per page (3000 lines in total). If all the source code of the software does not reach 3000 lines, submit all the source code of the product. );
(4) Design instruction or operation instruction document (generally larger than 10 page);
(5) A copy of the business license of the agency.
